ZeroUp Developers is an independent mobile development studio founded and run by Shukurjon Abduqodirov. We focus on a single problem: making language learning accessible on the devices people already carry.
Each application is developed with Flutter and released on Google Play. Our products combine structured lesson paths, spaced-repetition vocabulary practice, listening exercises and gamified quizzes, with offline support so learners are not dependent on a stable connection.
We monetise our apps through advertising, which lets us keep the full learning content free for every user. We follow Google Play's Developer Program Policies and applicable advertising policies, including GDPR and consent requirements in the European Economic Area.
