Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile applications published by ZeroUp Developers ("we", "us") on Google Play (the "Apps"). By installing or using an App, you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial learning purposes.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps.
• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the Apps or their learning content.
• Interfere with advertising delivery, or generate artificial impressions or clicks.
• Use automated means to manipulate scores, streaks or leaderboard standings.
• Upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content through any in-app feedback channel.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, including accounts used to manipulate leaderboards or advertising.

4. Advertising

The Apps are free and supported by advertising. Rewarded advertisements are optional: you choose whether to watch one in exchange for an in-app benefit such as additional attempts. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular advertisement, and advertising fill may vary by region and network conditions.

5. Learning content

Lesson content, translations and audio are provided for educational purposes. While we work to keep material accurate, we do not warrant that it is free of errors or suitable for examination, certification or professional translation purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The Apps, their design, code, branding and learning content are owned by ZeroUp Developers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks referenced in the Apps remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue an App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroUp Developers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
